Account Deletion Policy
Overview
Pookie4U allows users to permanently delete their accounts at any time. Once deleted, personal data associated with the account will be removed from our systems, subject to legal obligations.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: In-App Deletion
- Open the Pookie4U app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
Option 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app, send an email to request account deletion:
pookie4u2025@gmail.comPlease include your registered email address in your deletion request.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, profile picture)
- Relationship details and saved dates
- Task history and points earned
- Saved messages and notes
- Gift preferences and recommendations
- App usage data and preferences
What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction records (if applicable) – retained for tax/legal compliance
- Anonymized analytics data – cannot be linked back to you
- Communications with support – retained for quality assurance
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been permanently deleted.
⚠️ Important Warning
- •Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
- •All your points and rewards will be forfeited
- •You will not be able to recover your data after deletion
- •If you create a new account, you will start fresh with no history
